Business Transactions:
The firm and its lawyers routinely assist clients with their
business and transactional needs. Representation in these matters
include the analyzing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of
transactional documents, to include: Construction, Loan,
Employment, Merger and Acquisition, Lease, Business Sales, and
Real Estate documents. The transactional practice also includes
assisting clients with entity formation and conversion and serving
as general counsel to schools, churches, denominational
organizations and other non-profits.
Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights:
The firm represents creditors in a variety of Chapter 7, 11, and
13 bankruptcy cases and workout matters. In Bankruptcy Court, the
firm’s attorneys have experience in obtaining relief for its
clients through lift stay motions, objections to discharge and
confirmation, and adequate protection actions. Sullivan &
Holston’s attorneys handle a wide variety of bankruptcy
litigation/adversary proceedings, including preference, fraudulent
