Experience:
Mr. Sullivan is an AV rated lawyer. In his practice, he handles trial and appellate matters in both state and federal court. He is General Counsel to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Dallas. Mr. Sullivan has served as a court appointed Receiver in both federal and state court.

Personal and Civic Activities:
Mr. Sullivan is the President of the Holy Cross Club of North Texas, a member of the Safe Environment Advisory Council at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and a former Chairman of the Dallas Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee, former Chairman of the St. Thomas Aquinas Parish Council, former board member of: Catholic Charities of Dallas, Inc., St. Thomas More Society, St. Thomas Aquinas Parent Association, Parents Board Ursuline Academy; former President of the Serra Club of Dallas, former President of the Holy Name Society and former District Governor of Serra International.

Mr. Sullivan was born in Elmira, New York in 1938. He and his wife Beverly, have three children and eight grandchildren.
